Harmonia represents the traditional music of Eastern Europe. Its repertoire reflects the cultures of the Ukrainian, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian and Gypsy people.
Along with winners of the competition, the Cleveland Stars Orchestra will perform the Ukrainian Concerto #2, by American composer Alexander Peskanov. The Cleveland Ballet, and local opera singers will be featured,too.

Celebrate this holiday with the African American Cultural Garden. This year will feature an unveiling of a plaque commemorating the Garden as part of the Cleveland Civil Rights Trail (ceremony at 11:45 a.m.), a Children's Village, traditional ceremonies, the annual car caravan, a student talent contest, vendors, and much more.
