Use of the gardens is managed by the City of Cleveland Department of Public Works Office of Special Events.

To reserve one of the gardens for a private event, such as a wedding, please call the City of Cleveland’s Division of Special Events at 216-664-2484. You can download the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Special Use Permit Application to learn more about the process and to print out the application.  This document also has information on rules and regulations governing use of the gardens as well as fees.

The Cultural Gardens Federation cannot reserve a garden for you.
