Along with winners of the competition, the Cleveland Stars Orchestra will perform the Ukrainian Concerto #2, by American composer Alexander Peskanov. The Cleveland Ballet, and local opera singers will be featured,too.

Celebrate the holiday season with the Cultural Gardens. We'll sing carols that are beloved the world over at the Centennial Peace Plaza. Celebrate this holiday with the African American Cultural Garden. This year will feature an unveiling of a plaque commemorating the Garden as part of the Cleveland Civil Rights Trail (ceremony at 11:45 a.m.), a Children's Village, traditional ceremonies, the annual car caravan, a student talent contest, vendors, and much more.
